INNER FOCUS

This argument completely contradicts every basic law of logic - and yet, in order to be "good people" we as imperfect human beings are supposed to believe this unquestionably. Would not God expect more of us than to be a massive herd of non-thinking, unquestioning entities??
Simply stated, all philosophies are nothing more than left to translation and interpretation, and therefore subjective to the ideals and personalities of those who originated those philosophies, as well as those who would be governed by them. Moreover, what is considered to be "right" and "wrong" by a society or religious sanction as a whole exists because that is the way that the originators envisioned their "perfect world", and it is how both they and those governed by them make sense of their existence. In other words, all are expected to "buy into" a bill of goods labeled religion without question and with complete and utter undying faith.
